We been in a trip from Hurghada to Orange Bay booked through an tourism agency in March 2024 and we spent around 2 hours on Orange bay. The island offers a picturesque setting with its stunning sea color and ample opportunities for sunbathing. However, the low water level prevents swimming, which can be disappointing for some visitors. While the beach has a few bars and coffee shops for refreshments, the overall experience may not live up to the hype for some, as it's a standard beach with limited activities and no opportunities to swim. While enjoyable, we considered overrated.
Wow, what a fantastic beach to visit. The staff there are fantastic, it's very clean and has areas of shade. You are not allowed to take your own drinks or food onto the island with you. Some refreshments are very expensive, eg, a pineapple to drink out of with fresh juice £20. Water £2 a bottle. I highly recommend Falcon Adventure Excursions for this trip.
Captivating Beauty: Orange Bay on Giftun Island-The Tropical Paradise Nestled within the stunning vistas of Hurghada, Orange Bay invites travelers to immerse themselves in a world of natural splendor and adventure. Beyond its sun-kissed shores lies a unique offering: the sea swing, a picturesque spot perfect for capturing unforgettable moments. Whether you're lounging on the pristine beaches or posing for photos on the sea swing, Orange Bay promises a mesmerizing escape where every moment is a cherished memory in the making. Orange Bay in Hurghada is a tropical haven where azure waters meet pristine sands, offering travelers a blissful escape from the ordinary. Every moment at Orange Bay is infused with relaxation and adventure. Whether lounging on the beach or exploring the vibrant marine life, a day spent at Orange Bay is a day well spent in paradise. I loved the short time spent on this paradise.
Orange Bay is an island where movies can be made. There is no filters needed when taking photos! It is absolutely beautiful. This is not a place to snorkel, rather take a yaught to the reefs! This is a place to relax and to enjoy the scenery. The water feels cold at first but the deeper you go the warmer it gets. Taking photos on the swings in the red sea is definitely a bucket list type of activity
Interesting place, beautiful water, but there are no sunbeds. They make you stay on some colored bags and it's not quite what you would expect. Limited things to do on the island. The cocktails we ordered were good.
