El-Rowad Beach is located on the Mediterranean Sea and it is in the 16th place out of 91 beaches in the Matrouh region The beach is located in an urban area.

It is a long lasting coastline with crystal turquoise water and white fine sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

El-Rowad Beach coast is free for all. This beach has the following amenities, sun umbrellas, beach restaurant, changing rooms, showers, toilets, sea pool. During the season this beach line is supervised by a lifeguard.

The best kept secret on Egypt's North Coast (Sahel). A serene, old school resort with an outstanding, pristine beach. No crowds, a large pool, and a wide, expansive beach. No luxury, but plenty of inspiration to unwind and truly enjoy the weather and seeing. Windier than most places. Good surf 🏄🏽‍♂️

One of very few places that still preserves the spirit of the North Coast as we used to know it. Chilled and laid back ambience, one of the best communities that is far from show off, amazing vernacular architecture. It's a great place to be for a peaceful break.

Compound is extremely private, peaceful, that attracts classy people who have been owners of challets there for years. The coast line is amazing with beautiful breeze/ wind, and relaxing environment. Water is blue but relatively too salty. You can enjoy the sun but make sure to bring your chairs and ice box to have a complete experience.
