The beach was great, but the waiters were thieves! As a family, we ordered some drinks and food during our afternoon on the beach. However, the waiter insisted that I pay for the drinks in cash and the food by card for no apparent reason. Since I didn't have cash, I made it clear that I could only pay by card. Reluctantly, he brought the bill and told me the amount to pay, but refused to show me the bill. Frustrated, I stood up and demanded to see the bill, only to realize that he had charged me for extra drinks, hoping I wouldn't notice. Fed up, I asked him to leave and decided to speak to his manager to file a complaint. As soon as I entered the bar/dining area, three waiters pleaded with me not to talk to the manager, as everyone knew their friend Mahmoud was stealing. Speaking to Ahmed, the supervisor, didn't help either, as he promised that the waiter wouldn't do it again as long as I didn't cause a scene (clearly, he was involved too). They continued to talk over me in an argumentative tone, so I asked them to stop stealing and just let me pay for my food. Their response was laughter, as they assumed I would ask for everything to be complimentary, revealing their guilty behavior. At that point, I made it clear that I would pay for my food and never wanted to see or speak to these thieves again.

The beach was absolutely amazing. The staff provided excellent hospitality and took great care of the guests. The beach was clean and the buffet had a great selection. The rooms were beautiful and well-maintained, with comfortable beds. The animation team was fantastic, never being pushy but always making the activities enjoyable. The Caribbean sea was breathtaking. I highly recommend this beach.
