Overall, the experience was positive, but the food left much to be desired, particularly the pizza which had a plastic-like texture. Additionally, it's worth noting that the Wi-Fi is not complimentary and comes with a hefty price tag of $20, which is quite steep considering the usual prices in Egypt.

The hotel was initially constructed as a respectable establishment, but it seems that they are currently attempting to cut costs in various aspects. The food may appear appealing in pictures, but once you try to find something edible, it becomes a challenge. The desserts all taste the same, only differing in their presentation. Additionally, ice cream is only available for a limited three-hour period each day. The swimming pools are only open from 10:30 am to 5 pm. The air conditioning in the rooms is either excessively powerful or disappointingly weak. After enduring a week of such a vacation, you feel relieved to finally return home.

This hotel has the worst service I have ever experienced. Many of the slides meant for small children are closed, and the larger slides lead to deep water, making it unsafe for small children to have fun. Additionally, the children's pools are closed from 1-3 pm, which is the hottest time of the day. As for breakfast, they offer stale bread from the previous day.

The hotel was really nice, with a very friendly staff and delicious food. We especially enjoyed the animators, Katya and Bessa, who left a lasting impression on us. We will definitely be returning in the future. The only downside was that the water park was not operational during our stay, and we were not informed about any issues with it. It only started working on the day we were leaving.

We had an amazing week at this hotel. The pools were at the perfect temperature, so we spent hours swimming in them. The pool bar was a favorite spot of ours, where we could sit on stools in the water and order delicious ice cream, cocktails, and coffee. The beach was lovely, and it was entertaining to watch the kite boarders soaring through the air. Snorkeling at the house reef was both impressive and easily accessible. The entertainment provided was enjoyable, but they were also understanding if you preferred not to participate. The food at the restaurant was absolutely outstanding - and I say this as someone who is accustomed to the exceptional cuisine in Berlin. We savored every meal and the waitstaff were attentive and friendly. We indulged in everything, including raw fish, salads, fruits, and more, without experiencing any digestive issues. We would highly recommend this hotel!
