Everything was amazing, making it an ideal destination for families. However, there is still room for improvement. One aspect that could be addressed is the need for repairs on the doors. Specifically, the door to room 2003 allows a strong draft, and the terrace door requires fixing. What I didn't appreciate was the individual who checked on the cleaning staff and expected a tip. Despite giving him 2 euros, he had the audacity to complain that it was insufficient. While I understand the importance of rewarding the cleaning staff, I don't believe that someone solely responsible for inspecting deserves much compensation.

I spent nine days at this hotel with my friend, and I must say, the staff here is absolutely amazing. The room was consistently kept clean, and the bar was always open, providing everything you could possibly need. The food served at the restaurant was incredibly delicious, to say the least. I highly recommend it, and I personally cannot wait to return for another visit!

The atmosphere at the hotel is incredibly relaxing and comfortable. The hotel's location right on the beach is exceptional. The pool was spotlessly clean and provided a relaxing environment. The music selection at the pool was fantastic. The staff members were extremely polite and helpful. Ahmed Eid, the receptionist, was exceptionally polite, helpful, and professional. The setup and location of the animation theater were excellent. The food was delicious and the restaurant was impeccably clean. The bar service at the pool and beach was outstanding. Despite the hotel being fully booked, the staff remained calm and in control. When I needed to change rooms, the staff were very cooperative and quickly fulfilled my request, even though the hotel was almost fully booked. The beach was incredible and offered a peaceful marine experience. In conclusion, I will definitely consider returning in the future.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at this beach. We encountered no problems whatsoever, and the entire staff was consistently helpful whenever we had any inquiries. The location is truly lovely, and the beach itself is stunning. There are numerous activities available, and a wide variety of food options to suit everyone's tastes. We would certainly return in the future! Ahmed, who worked at the front desk, was extremely helpful in assisting us with all our communication needs, and we had absolutely no complaints.

The rooms are also clean, cozy, and peaceful, most of which offer a beautiful view of the sea. The breakfast and snacks provided are outstanding, with a wide variety of options that are always fresh and delicious. While the dinner could use a bit more flavor, it is still enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and its dedicated staff, from the receptionists to the waitstaff to the housekeeping and gardening staff. They truly deserve respect for their exceptional service. Thank you for providing such a comfortable stay, and we will definitely be returning in the future!
