The beach is truly stunning, with crystal clear waters and soft sand that feels like silk beneath your toes. A convenient shop is located nearby, making it easy to stock up on snacks and drinks for a day spent lounging in the sun. Just a quick one-minute stroll from the houses, you'll find yourself at the water's edge, ready to dive in and cool off. However, it's worth noting that the area is surrounded by reeds, which unfortunately means that there are quite a few mosquitoes buzzing around. While it's possible to try and eliminate them with insecticide, the owners of the property have not taken any measures to do so. That being said, the cost of staying in these charming old houses is quite reasonable, and the beauty of the beach is well worth a few bug bites.

Although there may be a chance of encountering a considerable quantity of dried seaweed on the shore, this destination is an excellent choice for both brief getaways and extended vacations.

During our August 2020 vacation with family and friends, we stayed at this location for the fifth and final time. Unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. Despite having stayed here four times before, the condition of the dilapidated wooden houses was shocking. For 150 UAH per day per person, we were provided with sticky curtains, old chairs, dusty blankets, and a refrigerator without shelves. The bedding was relatively new, but the lack of dishes and storage space was inconvenient. To add insult to injury, the hostess of the base, Luiza Vladimirovna, demanded that we clean the house before leaving, despite the already poor condition. The only redeeming quality of this location was the proximity to the sea, which was only a minute away. However, without a car, there was nothing else to do. The nearest store was a 15-minute walk, and there were no pharmacies or other forms of entertainment. To make matters worse, the owners of the base seemed to care only about collecting money from vacationers and did not invest in maintaining the property. Our stay was marred by a terrifying incident where a rat crawled over one of us during the night. This was a clear indication of the lack of cleanliness and safety measures taken by the owners. It was a disturbing and unforgettable experience that left us feeling disgusted and violated. In light of our experience, we cannot recommend this location to anyone. If you still choose to vacation here, we advise bringing rat poison with you, as the owners seem indifferent to the presence of vermin on their property.

A serene and tranquil spot that caters to families seeking a peaceful retreat! For five consecutive years, we have been unwinding at this beach, surpassing the relaxation we experienced in Egypt and Turkey. Each visit leaves us with a sense of rejuvenation that lingers long after we've returned home.

This location is simply unparalleled!
