The bay is stunning and usually has a gentle wave. We took the Batuhan Kaptan boat to get there twice, but there is also a land transportation option. However, we heard that some people choose to jump off to get there. Check out our Instagram @worldmyroute for more travel inspiration.
The beach at this bay is clean and has black sand with pebbles. You can easily see the cleanliness of the water by the sea urchins, but be careful around them. If you're lucky, you might even spot some baby loggerhead turtles. Make sure to bring sea shoes, food, and drinks, and consider purchasing a full-face mask. Also, don't forget to buy extra food before visiting, as the goats in the area can be quite cheeky.
The bay is stunning, although it may appear busy at first glance. However, if you venture beyond the stone ruins, you'll discover a more serene and picturesque beach with soft sand. I've never encountered any sea urchins here. Additionally, there's a refreshing spring in the water, but be prepared for varying temperatures in different areas. Overall, the beach is relatively clean. And don't forget to grab some bread for the goats and cows on your way there.
The beach is actually a cove surrounded by olive trees, and you have to jump over a door that says private land to get there, just like everyone else. Although there isn't much of a beach, the sea is warm and clean. There are two dark areas, and people usually start arriving in the afternoon. We found a spot in the shade of a big tree on the far right, which is followed by a light path. It was a pretty good experience. You might spot some chestnuts in the sea, especially in rocky areas, but they won't get in the way of swimming. You can even enjoy some light snorkeling. And when you leave, be sure to take your trash with you so that you leave no trace.
