Cala Reona is located on the Mediterranean Sea and it is in the 85th place out of 158 beaches in the Murcia region 55.4 km away from its center, the city of Murcia. It is one of the beaches of Playa Honda settlement, just 2.1 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area.

It is a small bay with blue water and black sand & pebble cover, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

Cala Reona coast is free for all. This beach has the following amenities, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, changing rooms, showers, toilets. During the season this beach line is supervised by a lifeguard.

This secluded cove is an ideal spot for snorkeling when the conditions are just right. During the evenings, there is a Chiringuito with a DJ spinning tunes, so if you're not a fan of loud music, it's best to avoid the area. During the summer, this place can get quite crowded and the carpark can be chaotic. Located close to Calblanque park, it's still relatively untouched by development.

A pleasant stroll with our pup, albeit a bit cramped and close to the rocky cliffs at times, was still a sight to behold. The views of Cabo de Palo, the cliffs, caves, beaches and the ocean were simply stunning. We'll definitely be back for more.

This beach is a great local spot just 20 minutes away from Cartagena. It's secluded and not a tourist destination, so a little bit of Spanish will come in handy for the concessions. You can rent beach chairs, kayaks, and even go hiking or mountain biking. Plus, it has gray fine pebbles, making it the perfect spot for a day out.

This place is a great spot to chill and take a breather. It's small but perfect for a day of relaxation. The snorkeling is great and accessible for children, and the water is pristine. It's a favourite among the locals and parking is scarce, so get there early.
