Platja l'Estanyet is located on the Balearic Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 108th place out of 118 beaches in the Tarragona region 89.3 km away from its center, the city of Tarragona. It is one of the beaches of Alcanar settlement, just 3.5 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place.

It is a spacious bay with crystal blue water and gray pebble, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is quite sharp. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season.

Platja l'Estanyet coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

The beach boasts stunning, untouched beauty, but unfortunately, it is strewn with stones that make walking a challenge. Nevertheless, the breathtaking views are unparalleled, and the area is rich in history, with numerous bunkers dating back to the 1936 war.
