The beach is beautiful, but it's unfortunate that there is no protection for disabled individuals against inappropriate behavior.
The beach is absolutely stunning, with a long stretch of soft sand and beach bars right along the shore. There is also a boardwalk and restroom facilities just a short distance away. However, it can get quite windy, and there are some sizable rocks in certain areas when entering the water, so it's important to choose the right spot for swimming. The views of Torre and El Mojon are breathtaking, making it the perfect spot for an early morning or sunset stroll. Although the sun doesn't set directly over the sea, if you're lucky, you'll witness a vibrant sunset reflecting off the water. Additionally, there is plenty of free parking available nearby.
The beach has suffered some erosion from a recent storm, resulting in a partial washout. It is currently covered in dried seaweed and numerous pebbles that have mixed in with the sand. Additionally, there are various piles of seaweed scattered around the area, which I find puzzling as to why they haven't been removed. However, despite these issues, the beach bars are excellent. On another note, the coconut matting umbrellas are available for 12 € per day, but they appear disheveled and broken, clearly in need of replacement. Despite these shortcomings, the beach remains a popular destination for locals, who flock there on weekends. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but it is evident that the beach requires a serious clean up.
The restaurant was quite interesting, as it was quite large and we had a seat on the top floor with a view of the beach. Upstairs, there was a bar and a pleasant breeze since it was completely open. It was a bit expensive, but I guess that's to be expected when you're so close to the beach. For our starters, we decided to try a unique take on Cold soup, but unfortunately, none of us enjoyed it. It tasted like a combination of soup and ice cream. As for our main course, we opted for fish with ham. Overall, I would definitely return for the amazing views, but I would be more careful when choosing my food. The service was excellent, and the restrooms were very clean. They even had all the necessary hygienic items like masks and hand cleansers, which is expected nowadays. It was quite challenging to find parking when the beach was crowded.
The beach is absolutely fantastic with its lovely sand, clear water, great swimming, and amazing beach bars. It's hard to ask for anything more.
