The accommodations are top-notch and the surroundings are pristine. The water is crystal-clear and the beach is meticulously maintained, with plenty of shade options available. The impressive shaft and elevator provide easy access to the park, which boasts stunning natural beauty and houses the central and medical buildings of the sanatorium.
The park boasts magnificent landscapes and the beach is truly great.
This pebble beach on the south coast is one of the best, spanning a dozen breakwaters and surpassing the "Frog" in Alupka/Simeiz in size and quality. The beach is protected by a large sanatorium, which boasts the oldest and largest plane tree in the area, as well as a botanical garden at the Nikitsky level. The beach is kept clean by a functioning storm and sewage system, and each site has a lifeguard on duty. Building 3 provides shade in the afternoon, and after 5 pm, the entire beach is shielded from the sun by a mountain. The only downside is that the sanatorium now charges a fee for passage, starting at 100 rubles per person.
The park is lovely, but the rooms could use some updating as the furniture and flooring are a bit outdated. The beach is lacking in amenities and there are some strange sights to be seen. However, the overall area is quite spacious.
During the early spring season, the beach was peaceful and deserted, providing a serene environment with only the vast ocean as your company.
