La Steaguri Beach is located on the Black Sea and it is in the 5th place out of 34 beaches in the Constanța region 34.7 km away from its center, the city of Constanta. It is one of the beaches of Jupiter settlement, just 1 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area.

It is a straight coastline with turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, families with children, seniors etc. It is very crowded place during the season.

A significant part of the beach is occupied by beach clubs with limited access The beach facilities are only available to visitors of resort area. Their list includes, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, changing rooms, showers, toilets. There is also possible to take different water activities such as catamarans or jet skis. During the season this beach line is supervised by a lifeguard.

This beach is a wonderful location that is brimming with memories waiting to be made. The sand here is of exceptional quality, making it one of the finest in the Romanian Black Sea region. There are numerous opportunities to arrange excellent services for visitors, but regrettably, many of the local amenities are in a state of disrepair. The aquapark, eateries, and small shops have been abandoned and left to decay. Additionally, there are no amenities for children, no restrooms, and no public showers. The old pier where pleasure boats once docked is now in ruins.

The beach offers a rugged terrain with a rocky water bed and an abundance of seashell fragments. However, it appears to be in need of some tender loving care as the state seems to have neglected its upkeep.
