Kikita Surf beach is located on the Atlantic ocean and it is in the 202th place out of 224 beaches in the Puerto Rico region 15.4 km away from its center, the city of San Juan. It is one of the beaches of Dorado settlement, just 2.2 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a spacious coastline with blue water and gray sand & rocks cover, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is almost deserted place even during the high season.

This serene beach is perfect for unwinding and soaking up the sun. While it may not be ideal for swimming or snorkeling, it's an excellent spot to bring a good book and some refreshments. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, with only a few surfers dotting the shoreline. Although parking on the street can be a bit tricky, it's free of charge, which is a rarity in most places.

San Juan's beach is an incredibly convenient surf spot that's perfect for catching waves in the morning before the wind picks up. The hilly neighborhood surrounding the beach has a similar feel to Rincon, giving it a laid-back and relaxed atmosphere. This up-and-coming area is full of good vibes and several kiosks, making it a great place to spend a day in the sun. Unfortunately, the reef in the water means that swimming is not possible here. However, the beachfront restaurant that's set to open in the summer of 2019 is sure to make this little paradise even cooler.
