Playa Medio Mundo is located on the Caribbean Sea (part of South Atlantic Ocean) and it is in the 118th place out of 224 beaches in the Puerto Rico region 56.3 km away from its center, the city of San Juan. It is one of the beaches of Ceiba settlement, just 2.1 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area.

It is a spacious bay with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, pet owners etc. It is not crowded place during the season.

Playa Medio Mundo coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

To reach the beach, take the entrance at Playa Los Machos and follow the tree-lined path on the southern side. Once there, you'll find a peaceful oasis with a few patches of seaweed and unfortunately, some litter.

While it may seem a bit daunting to navigate at first, rest assured that with a little research, you'll know exactly where to go. It's important to be mindful of your surroundings and avoid staying out too late, as the area can attract pesky mosquitoes. However, if you come prepared with insect repellent and a positive attitude, you'll be rewarded with breathtaking views and plenty of comfortable spots to sit and enjoy the scenery.
