It is one of the beaches of Torreira settlement, just 0.6 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area.

This charming town offers a plethora of delightful cafes and restaurants, perfect for indulging in a quick bite or a full dining experience. The local shops are filled with unique souvenirs that are sure to catch your eye. The ocean side and bay side each have their own distinct qualities, providing a contrasting yet equally enjoyable experience. It's only a short 10-minute walk to switch from one side to the other. With plenty of private rental apartments to choose from, I had a wonderful time and can't wait to return for another visit.

Venturing a bit further away from the bustling main beach, one can witness the fishermen hard at work, while the seagulls put on a show in the hundreds. Their fierce battles over fish and territory are a fascinating sight to behold. The beach boasts a vast expanse of fine, powdery sand that stretches out as far as the eye can see, while the sparkling sea beckons you to take a dip. The beauty of this place is even more pronounced during the off-season, when the crowds thin out. However, it's important to exercise caution when dealing with the mighty Atlantic, as it can be unpredictable at times.

The beach offers a vast expanse of sand, perfect for lounging even during peak season. While the gusts of wind may pick up, it only adds to the refreshing sensation of the sun's warmth. However, swimming may be a challenge as the water is often marked with red flags. Nevertheless, the beach offers one of the most breathtaking sunsets one could ever witness.
