Playa Soledad is located on the Caribbean Sea (part of South Atlantic Ocean) and it is in the 24th place out of 33 beaches in the Guna Yala region 108.8 km away from its center, the city of Ailigandi. It is one of the beaches of La Miel settlement, just 13.6 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a spacious coastline with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

Playa Soledad coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature, changing rooms, showers, toilets, sea pool. .

I visited this beach for a vacation with my parents, and while it was nice, clean, and beautiful, the service was terrible. Surprisingly, the pool was completely empty with not a single person in it. However, we were informed that we couldn't use it because it was reserved for hotel guests. This didn't make sense to us since we were paying to stay at the hotel and expected to have access to all its amenities, including the pool. To make matters worse, the staff member explained that they didn't want to mix their guests with the tourists, which left us utterly shocked.
