Zmijica beach is located on the Adriatic Sea (part of Mediterranean Sea) and it is in the 19th place out of 29 beaches in the Herceg Novi region 3.3 km away from its center, the city of Herceg Novi. It is one of the beaches of Miocevici settlement, just 1.1 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains.

It is a straight coastline with turquoise water and light fine pebble, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

The beach is a pleasant, compact spot with good organization, offering amenities like a parking lot and a bar. Additionally, there's a swing solely meant for capturing memorable photos. You can rent a set of two deckchairs and a parasol for €15, or opt for a canopy at €30. While the pebbles on the beach may not be the most comfortable for walking, they are certainly an improvement compared to other pebble beaches in Zelenica. The water is pristine and I highly recommend it for both young people and families with children.

The beach is quite dirty due to the presence of numerous ships, resulting in a noticeable diesel smell emanating from the sea. However, the bar is decent. They offer two long chairs and an umbrella for a price of 15€.
