The beach is absolutely incredible! The staff is fantastic and the food is top-notch. They are extremely friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend vacationing here. They offer a wide range of activities all in one place, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Yousra, in particular, was very friendly and went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. Thumbs up!
We had an absolutely incredible time at Lux Grand Gaube for our honeymoon! We couldn't find a single fault during our stay and neither of us wanted to leave! The rooms were absolutely stunning. We stayed in a junior wellness room for two nights and a junior suite for two nights, and both had amazing views and everything we could possibly need. The beach was absolutely breathtaking, and it was always kept clean. It never felt too crowded, and the cost of our stay included watersports, which was a great bonus. The food was fantastic, and we highly recommend having dinner at Inti. The chef there, Pedro, is absolutely amazing, and the team takes such great care of you. But above all, our favorite thing about our stay was how friendly and welcoming all the staff were. They truly made our experience unforgettable with all the little touches. We are definitely planning on returning and bringing our entire family with us so that we can all experience such a special place together!
Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff who were enthusiastic and eager to assist us. We immediately felt at ease and quickly familiarized ourselves with the layout of the resort. Since it was our honeymoon, we were extremely impressed with the exceptional service and the overall extraordinary experiences provided. One aspect that could be improved is clarifying what is included in the all-inclusive package and what requires an additional cost. Having stayed at all-inclusive resorts in the past, we usually only expect to pay for food. The resort could enhance this by clearly indicating what food items are extra charges, especially during the payment process. Another minor area for improvement was the staff's offer of private trips that were not part of the official packages. Although this was limited to a single staff member, I felt uncomfortable as he repeatedly asked if I wanted to leave the resort with him. Aside from these points, the food was delicious and offered a decent variety. I must give special recognition to the cafe, which was absolutely exceptional. The baristas made the best coffee, and the barista himself was fantastic.
The beach is clean and in a nice location, and the workers are friendly. However, there were several problems and issues. The check-in process was well-organized, but the lady who assisted us was inexperienced and had to go back and forth to the reception five times. I even had to email them a copy of my reservation! We decided to take advantage of the hotel's complimentary paddle boat, but safety was not a priority for them. We ended up being carried away from the hotel beach by the wind, and no one seemed to be concerned. Luckily, I had my phone and was able to call for help. They eventually came to rescue us. The hotel was supposed to have a heated pool, but during our seven-day stay, they kept mentioning a problem with the heating system.
My husband and I made a long journey from Australia to visit my in-laws in Mauritius. We had made a hotel reservation in advance and were delighted to find that our room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. Our stay was very enjoyable, especially the delicious buffet. To our surprise, there was even live music after dinner, making us feel like we were attending a mini concert. Overall, it was an incredible experience, and we will definitely return here in the future. 😊😊😊
