In my opinion, the beach near Riga is the ultimate destination for beach lovers. It is serene and peaceful, making it an ideal spot for relaxation. The path leading to the beach is made of wood and offers a delightful stroll through small hills. The beach also boasts a charming freshwater canal that flows into the sea, teeming with a variety of flora and fauna that is sure to captivate children's attention. The only downside is that parking near the entrance is not available, except for disabled parking. Visitors will have to park their vehicles on a street far away and walk to the beach.
The beach is absolutely lovely and well-maintained. The view from the top of the dunes is simply breathtaking. There are wooden benches and a viewing platform installed on the dunes, which add to the charm of the place. However, parking is limited to only five cars, so it's advisable to park near the train station and take a leisurely 15-20 minute walk to the beach.
The beach is simply breathtaking, nestled amidst lush green forests. It's the perfect spot to spend quality time with your loved ones, whether you're playing in the water or taking a leisurely stroll through the woods.
The beach is a lovely spot to catch the sunset. However, parking can be a bit of a hassle at times, which may require a short walk of approximately 1 km to reach the beach.
This beach is undoubtedly one of the most picturesque seaside locations in Latvia. The breathtaking views are simply mesmerizing! If you're fortunate enough, you may find parking right next to the beach, but if not, there's a large car park near the train station, which is only a 15-minute walk away.
