On a calm day with hardly any breeze, this beach is truly breathtaking. The scenery is gorgeous, the water is delightful, and the stones are perfect for skimming! I'm so glad we took the time to discover this hidden gem.
I was really let down by this beach. If you're looking to take a dip, you won't find it here. There are a ton of small lagoons that you can't swim in. Plus, the stones are covered in slimy algae, making it really slippery, and there's hardly any shade. All in all, I didn't enjoy my time there and wouldn't recommend it.
This beach was great! Even on a busy Saturday, we were able to find a spot in the shade. Just be careful if you decide to go in the lake when the water is low, as the algae makes the rocks very slippery and it can be difficult to get out. The views of the mountains were stunning, and there were lizards everywhere!
Getting to this beach can be a bit of a challenge, especially if you're not from the area (you have to walk about 1500 meters to get there). However, it's definitely worth the effort. The beach isn't too crowded and there's a bar on-site, but there's almost no shade. The lake water is very warm in July.
The view of the lake and mountains is stunning. Unfortunately, there are quite a few tourists here, and if you don't like the sun, it can be difficult to find a spot in the shade. Additionally, you'll need water shoes as the lake is quite slippery.
