Good hotel, with few things that could be differently managed. Food was nothing special, the service of it was strange - on one hand it was self service but still you had to tell what do you want. The pool looked nice but you had to have a cap to swim. You could order drinks but you had to make a prepaid card - why not have an invoice in the end?The location of the hotel was ok.

Mixed feelings. The place is pretty nice with a huge swimming pool, direct access to the sea. The staff tries to be nice and hardly speak English (I didn’t need it but most of the guests did!). Breakfast is disappointing. Having an outdoor gym is a good idea, but if you happen to be the first one in the morning (7.30am) it takes staff 30 minutes to come and 3 minutes to open/turn on.

I recommend this hotel as the best hotel during your trip to Italy. It is a hub area when traveling in southeastern Italy and is in the best location for traveling to various nearby cities such as Ostuni, Alberobello, Lecce, and Polignano a Mare. Spacious rooms, friendly service, and I booked as a half boarder and had an excellent breakfast and dinner buffet. It is fantastic, with unlimited wine service, a private beach, two swimming pools, and a spacious parking lot. It is more convenient than regular hotels as it is transported by cart from the parking lot to the resort room. In particular, the friendly service of the staff is fantastic. I am so grateful to the staff who treated me so kindly during my 3 nights. I will definitely visit again next time.

Nice place! Service, accomodation, traditional cuisine which met our expectations. The hotel is near to the most suggestive tourist centers. Swimming pool with sea water 👍

Be careful here with incorrect billing. They have a crazy system where they charge some things to your room & some taken from the amount you put on your room card. On checking out our party found they charged bills to multiples rooms &charged us for food we never had. Keep a photo & record of what you ordered & signed for as they couldn’t produce our original receipts. Sort this out ahead of your transfer to airport as we felt they delayed sorting this out hoping we would just pay as we were leaving for the airport. Sadly you can only book taxi via the hotel & then You are charged 20% extra from 9pm - 11pm…. A rip off!!!! Bring shower gel because I don’t know what they have in the tube attached to the wall in the shower but it doesn’t smell & doesn’t lather!!!! Rooms are spotless. Nice location close to the sea & near lovely restaurants when you turn left out of hotel. Great coffee at the breakfast.
