It was an amazing experience spending an afternoon at this beach with my wife and dog. It was incredibly relaxing. However, over the years, the sea has been eroding the beach, causing the sand to gradually disappear. Despite this, I highly recommend visiting this place before the sand completely vanishes.
The cove was fantastic when I visited it last year, but unfortunately, it is currently overrun with algae, making it impossible to swim or even enjoy the beach (which is practically non-existent now). To save yourself from long walks, I recommend checking the conditions beforehand.
It's a lovely spot that can only be reached by foot. It's just a short 10-minute walk from the public parking area, but the journey is quite enjoyable. Along the way, you'll be able to take in the awe-inspiring cliffs and the beautiful green pine forest. Eventually, the path will reveal a hidden cove with a stunning view. The only downside is that the beach has limited space, but the deep blue sea more than makes up for it. This is definitely a place that shouldn't be missed.
It's a beautiful place with crystal clear waters and guaranteed tranquility. Here are a couple of suggestions: 1. You can easily reach the cove in just 7 minutes by parking your car at the San Giorgio parking for only 3€ for the entire day - it's fantastic! 2. Make sure to bring an umbrella since there aren't any natural shaded areas to use. 3. To avoid any issues with where to place your umbrella, I recommend using one of those umbrella bases that you can fill with sea water. 4. Don't forget to bring enough water and fresh fruit since there aren't any nearby refreshment points. Enjoy the sea!
There is a beautiful cove located a 30-minute walk away from the car park in Sant'Andrea. This stunning and secluded cove offers the opportunity to fully immerse oneself in a natural pool-like experience.
