This beach is a great spot for a lunch break, with its stunning views of the ocean and simple yet delicious food.
The beach is incredible, but steer clear of the Piri Piri Bar! The food isn't terrible, but the father and son duo running the place are incredibly unhelpful and will try to take advantage of you. I'd suggest taking a two-minute walk from the beach to the Angolo Verde Restaurant - it's much better than the Piri Piri Bar!
This beach is incredible, and the locals are incredibly friendly.
I would definitely say this beach in Puglia is one of the best. It's very peaceful, the water is great, and the sunsets are even better. The only downside is that there isn't any shade. As the song goes, Ain't no sunshine when she's gone, it's not warm when she's away, ain't no sunshine when she's gone, and she's always gone too long... So, my friend, these are sunsets you should share with your loved ones and friends.
The food was nothing special, with little effort put into presentation, and it was way too expensive for the service. Don't bother sitting down to eat, as there's a €1 service charge per person, even though the service was terrible - we waited a long time and food and drinks arrived at different times, and the waitress kept forgetting something, even though the place wasn't busy.
