The beach is lovely with its golden fine sand, but it can be a bit on the small side and tends to get quite crowded. However, there are plenty of options to rent gear to enhance your experience and make it even more enjoyable.
The beach is small in size and has limited options for food and drinks, but it boasts of golden, fine sand.
The beach is delightful, and the area is dotted with charming shops and eateries. The water boasts a stunning shade of blue, and our visit was thoroughly enjoyable.
This beach is incredibly popular, which means it can get quite crowded. However, the sand is very soft, super clean, and stretches out for a long distance. There are some small public beach areas available, but most sections require payment for a sunbed and umbrella. You can even reserve a spot with the lifeguard for the following day. In terms of amenities, there are four restaurants/bars, a fruit van, kiosk, and store for daily needs. Unfortunately, parking is a real issue. There is only one small car park with just 30 spots available for a full day at €15. It opens at 9am and closes at 7pm, so it's best to arrive early to secure a spot. If you park illegally, you could face a fine of up to €80.
The beach is beautiful, but it tends to get crowded. The water is clear and great for snorkeling, although the marine life may not be as abundant as some are used to. There are plenty of rocky areas away from the main beach, but it can be a challenge to find a spot as many other visitors have the same idea. However, I discovered two small and secluded rocky bays while heading northwest from Capo Sant Andrea. The coastal walking trail is also lovely, and there are some areas that seem better for snorkeling, but it can be tricky with larger waves, so some experience is required.
