Leenakeel Beach is located on the North Atlantic Ocean (part of Atlantic ocean) and it is in the 24th place out of 52 beaches in the Ulster region The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains.

It is a spacious coastline with crystal turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, pet owners etc. It is not crowded place during the season. Please note that the area nearby is possible for wild camping.

Leenakeel Beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

Very beautiful hidden gem of a beach! Nice and long, plenty of space for everyone but was very quiet the day I was there! A perfect spot for a swim, the water is clear blue almost looks tropical! I highly recommend for a swim it was amazing!
