What a stunning spot! The ocean stretches out endlessly in a mesmerizing shade of turquoise, while the sand is pure white. It was such a tranquil and rejuvenating day.
Neretlis Beach, located along the Cape to Cape trail, is known for its expansive width and abundant soft sand, which can pose a challenge for walking but adds to its natural beauty. Due to the presence of 4WDs, the beach surface is heavily marked with tracks.
The beach is absolutely amazing, perfect for fishing, snorkeling, or simply relaxing. However, the path to get there can be a bit challenging. I suggest going with a group of people, using a reliable 4WD vehicle, and bringing a shovel as a precaution. It's also a good idea to deflate your tires to 20psi before embarking on the path.
The beach is absolutely stunning, and the 4x4 track to reach it is thrilling. Our family had a fantastic time! Just be aware that certain areas of the beach have incredibly soft sand, so it's important to lower your tire pressure to 18-14 psi.
The beach is absolutely beautiful with its soft sand. It is important to lower your tire pressure to at least 18psi in order to navigate the beach properly. At the northern end, there are stunning limestone cliffs that have amazing features. The far northern end of the beach offers a fantastic bay, which is adorned with large granite rocks that extend into the water. Even during a weekend at the end of the Summer holiday period, the beach was practically empty. Bob's Trak has been well-maintained in recent months, allowing high range 4WD vehicles to easily traverse it. It is likely that 2WD vehicles will also be fine. However, it is important to note that the track is relatively narrow and has blind corners due to foliage, so it is advisable to take your time and always be on the lookout for vehicles coming from the opposite direction. Some users tend to drive recklessly without considering the two-way traffic.
