Gili Sudak Beach is located on the Bali Sea (part of Indian ocean) and it is in the 59th place out of 151 beaches in the West Nusa Tenggara region 18 km away from its center, the city of Mataram. It is one of the beaches of Sekotong settlement, just 5 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a long lasting coastline with crystal turquoise water and, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season. Please note that the area nearby is possible for wild camping.

The Gili Island is a hidden gem, surrounded by untouched nature and charming fishing villages. If you're looking for accommodation, the Nirvana Hotel and Bungalow is the only place to consider. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch. Additionally, the breakfast options, such as pancakes, omelettes, and fried rice, are absolutely delicious. After a refreshing snorkeling session, they even offer complimentary coffee and snacks, like fried bananas, which truly made my day perfect. Getting to the Nirvana is a breeze, as the staff is more than happy to guide you and their pick-up services make traveling much more convenient. I can't wait to return to this paradise soon.
