Not the best spot. Petite shoreline. Not overly tidy. If you've been to Varkala or are thinking about going, you might want to pass on this one. Varkala boasts a fantastic beach.

We explored this location (2 kilometers away from the primary beach) as the main beach for sunrise and sunset views was off-limits due to COVID regulations. Kovalam beach in Kanyakumari was pristine and peaceful. We had the opportunity to admire the stunning sunset vista.

The lighthouse tower on one side enhances the charm of the beach. The beach is adorned with rocks on either side, creating a stunning sight. The location was truly fantastic. The beach scenery is absolutely breathtaking. This spot is perfect for children, families, romantic partners, and more. The view was simply incredible. Feel free to browse through the pictures for a visual reference. The kids had a blast there.
