Malpe Beach, situated in Udupi, Karnataka, is a gorgeous beach that draws many tourists. Its breathtaking views and stunning sunsets are well-known. The beach is also an excellent location for swimming and other water sports activities. It is kept very clean and well-maintained. Along the beach, there are numerous stores and restaurants where you can enjoy delectable seafood. The region also has a variety of forts, temples, and other historical sites that are worth exploring. Malpe Beach is an excellent spot for a peaceful beach vacation and is certainly worth a visit.
The beach is quite nice, although it may not be the top choice. Many people are there because the water isn't very deep near the shore. I noticed a floating bridge, but it seems they haven't gotten permission to use it yet. I heard that they offer water sports like parasailing and speed boating. Additionally, there are plenty of toilets and food/snack options available. The sand is golden and beautiful.
Malpe beach is incredibly clean and spacious, making it a great spot to spend a relaxing evening with friends and family. Despite the large crowds, there's plenty of room to play games and enjoy the waves (although it's important to be cautious and stay in shallow waters due to the uneven ground). The beach offers a sense of freedom and endless opportunities for fun and exploration. We were even able to play football and volleyball without feeling crowded. As a family, we visit Malpe beach a few times a year and always have a great time. It's a popular tourist destination with plenty of shops, cafeterias, and seafood stalls, as well as a good hotel for those traveling from other parts of the country. For the more adventurous, there are also activities like parachuting and speed boats available. The street is lined with shops and other attractions, making Malpe beach a must-visit destination.
To begin with, the parking lot was well-maintained and had plenty of space, although there is a charge for parking. The park itself was tidy and had lush greenery, as well as some art installations that added interest to the area. The view from the beach was truly stunning, offering a panoramic vista of the Arabian Sea and St. Mary's Island, which can even be accessed from the beach. The sea walk was pleasant and visually pleasing, although it didn't offer anything particularly unique. While the beach itself was spacious, it wasn't well-lit at night and therefore wasn't very useful after dark. The only real attraction for children was a small funfair.
I had an amazing time celebrating New Year's at this stunning beach. As someone who is captivated by sunsets, the beach's beauty left me in awe. Despite the scorching heat, I couldn't resist soaking up some sun for a perfect tan. The beach also offered a variety of delicious street food options, which I enjoyed while feeling the refreshing ocean breeze. I am already longing to return to this paradise whenever the opportunity arises!
