Kakolem Beach is located on the Arabian Sea (part of Indian ocean) and it is in the 6th place out of 71 beaches in the Goa region 22.1 km away from its center, the city of Margao. It is one of the beaches of Naquerim settlement, just 2.4 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area with very picturesque views, among the mountains, surrounded by the cliffs. It is partially covered by trees which give natural shade.

It is a small bay with turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, seniors etc. It is not crowded place during the season. There is a campsite located nearby.

Kakolem Beach coast is free for all. This beach has the following amenities, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, changing rooms, showers, toilets. During the season this beach line is supervised by a lifeguard.

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities.

This beach is easily accessible, it is located very close to road. Parking is located directly on the beach.

This hidden gem of a beach is tucked away and requires a 15-minute trek downhill to reach it, but the stunning view is well worth the effort. There are also restaurants available to provide food and drinks for visitors. During the rainy season, the beach transforms into a magical wonderland with waterfalls to explore and enjoy. Overall, this spot is a must-visit and is sure to impress anyone who makes the journey.

If you're looking for a secluded beach in South Goa, this is the perfect spot for couples to hang out. I highly recommend dedicating a full day to this beach as you'll need to trek to get there. But once you arrive, the peaceful atmosphere and stunning views make it all worth it.

The beach in this area is simply stunning! My friends and I visited on Sunday 1.1.23 and were pleasantly surprised to find it not too crowded. The beach boasts a picturesque small waterfall and a charming little river, making it an ideal spot for a refreshing swim and a relaxing afternoon. I highly recommend renting a scooter from the main road to reach the parking area, which is easily accessible. However, be prepared for a bit of a trek down to the beach as there are quite a few steps to navigate. Don't forget to bring plenty of water to stay hydrated!

The beach is an absolutely stunning location. However, visitors should be aware that parking is only available near private property and comes at a cost. The descent to the beach requires a short trek downhill, but the climb back up can be a bit tiring. A waterfall can be found nearby, but it may not have much water outside of the rainy season. The area is incredibly peaceful, but the waters can be choppy, so it's best to avoid going too deep. There is only one shop available for food, but the beach is relatively uncrowded and clean. Visitors can also climb a small rock and explore the other side of the beach.

The beach is a hidden gem with its pristine beauty waiting to be explored. However, it is advisable to exercise caution while venturing deep into the water. We had to pay a nominal fee of 50rs for parking at a private property and then descended the steps to reach the beach. The panoramic view from the mountain top is breathtaking, and the beach below is equally mesmerizing. The waterfall cascading down and merging with the sea in a meandering fashion is a sight to behold. Fishing enthusiasts can try their luck here, and there is a shack on the beach to cater to your refreshment needs. Overall, this beach is one of the finest in Goa and is worth a visit.
