Kalacha Beach is located on the Arabian Sea (part of Indian ocean) and it is in the 21th place out of 71 beaches in the Goa region 54.7 km away from its center, the city of Margao. It is one of the beaches of Arambol (Harmal) settlement, just 1 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place, among the mountains.

It is a spacious coastline with turquoise water and bright sand, so you don't need special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, seniors etc. It is partially crowded during the high season.

Kalacha Beach coast is free for all. This beach has the following amenities, loungers and umbrellas, beach restaurant, toilets. There is also possible to take different water activities such as catamarans or jet skis.

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities.

This beach is easily accessible, it is located very close to road. Parking is located directly on the beach.

For those traveling by bike, Google Maps can provide directions to the last point of Aarambol beach, where you can park your vehicle. Alternatively, if you are driving, park your car in the main parking area of Aarambol beach and walk to the end of the beach. Once you reach the rocks at the end, you will find stairs that lead up towards the shacks. Follow the path adorned with shops until you reach the beach and lake. The beauty of Kalacha beach is undeniable, with shacks lining both the lake and beach sides. However, it can get quite crowded, especially on Saturdays. To fully appreciate the tranquility and peacefulness of the area, it is recommended to visit during off-hours. Additionally, it is important to keep the beach clean by not littering. Overall, Kalacha beach is a breathtaking location that offers a unique experience, and is definitely worth a visit.
