This place is very scenic and had a wonderful cycle ride along the lake in this park.. the water is crystal clear and gives a great view of the Alps..

The first park as you disembark the Konstanzer fairy. Stoney beach but nice sun until 18:00 in August. The water is not Crystal clear and shallow at least 25 meters, so that is actually good for families. We enjoyed it but I find it hard to call it a beach. The major problem is that for ice cream you have to walk back 5 minutes back to the harbor. Might be deadly for your Mövenpick!

This is where I usually go when I go to the lake. It’s not nearly as crowded as the Hörnle, has a ping pong table, a playground, plenty of lawn space and good entry points into the lake.
