At first, we were slightly let down by the absence of sand. However, as it turned out, it was actually a blessing in disguise since it prevented sand from getting everywhere. The kids had a blast throughout the entire day. Despite its small size, the beach wasn't overcrowded and we had no trouble finding parking nearby.
