Plage Tighza is located on the Mediterranean Sea and it is in the 7th place out of 14 beaches in the Tipaza region 69.8 km away from its center, the city of Tipaza. It is one of the beaches of Sidi El Kassadi settlement, just 3.2 km from its center. The beach is located in an urban area, among the mountains.

It is a long bay with crystal blue water and rocks cover, so it is recommended to wear special shoes. The sharpness of entering the water is quite normal. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers etc. It is partially crowded during the high season. Please note that the area nearby is possible for wild camping.

This beach is peaceful, but it may not be the safest option for children as the water can be deep, so it's important to keep an eye on them. Parking is available for 100 da, and there's a small kiosk where you can grab some basic drinks and pre-packaged cakes. Unfortunately, the state of the toilets is not great, and the beach could use some maintenance as there is litter scattered around. However, the sea itself is clean, and there is some security presence with both a civil protection center and gendarmes on patrol.
