Lipite beach is located on the Black Sea and it is in the 73th place out of 84 beaches in the Burgas region 65.3 km away from its center, the city of Burgas. It is one of the beaches of Sinemorets settlement, just 1.7 km from its center. The beach is located in a natural place with very picturesque views, surrounded by the cliffs.

It is a small bay with crystal turquoise water and bright sand & rocks cover, so you don't need special shoes. The entrance to the water is very smooth. This beach is suitable for different categories of people, lonely travellers, relaxation getaway lovers, hikers, pet owners etc. It is partially crowded during the high season. Moreover, this beach is popular with naturists.

Lipite beach coast is free for all. It has no amenities, only nature. .

In addition to swimming and sunbathing, you can also take part in other activities.

To get to the beach, you need to walk along a mountain trail about 500m long.

This beach is truly exceptional and sets itself apart from other beaches in Sunny Beach. The towering rocky cliff and the small sandy beach below, with its gradual slope into the water, make for a picturesque setting. It's a rare sight to see such a peaceful and uncrowded beach in Bulgaria.

The journey to Lipite beach commences from the edge of Butamiata beach, where the rocks meet the sand. The trail commences with a brief yet steep ascent up the rocks, followed by a 15-20 minute trek. It is advisable to wear comfortable shoes, as flip-flops may not be suitable for the terrain. The path winds through a forested area, with occasional clearings, but the destination is more than worth the effort. As there are no bars or restaurants in the vicinity, it is essential to bring your own provisions. Once you arrive, you will be greeted by a serene and picturesque beach, perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. I highly recommend visiting Lipite beach for an unforgettable experience.

Oh, the joy of Lipite Beach! This little slice of paradise is tucked away at the end of Butamyata beach, accessible only by a short and steep climb up some rocks. Don't worry about breaking a sweat though, it's only a 20-minute walk. Just be prepared for the lack of shade during your journey. But trust us, the effort is well worth it when you finally reach the pristine shores of Lipite Beach. Now, we have to warn you, this beach is not for the faint of heart. There's no lifeguard on duty, so you're on your own. And forget about grabbing a bite to eat or a refreshing drink at a beachside restaurant. You'll need to bring your own provisions if you plan on spending the day lounging on the sand. But hey, who needs overpriced food and water when you have crystal clear waters and soft sand beneath your toes?

It's important to bring your own supplies as there are no amenities on the beach. However, this is what makes it so special - it's a protected area that remains unspoiled by commercialization.
