Stayed at this upscale hotel for a family wedding. Enjoyed our stay there. Service was excellent. Just a small glitch at the end of our trip. One of our small bag was missing when they brought the bag from the room at checkout. They tried to locate but were not able. Other then that it was a 5 star stay.
We stayed in the Oriental Suite, which was stunning. Beautiful terrace with gorgeous views of the beach and sea, a private hammam room, a sauna, and it was the only bedroom suite inside the spa building so if we wanted a massage or treatment, we just took the elevator downstairs! What a life! The service at the hotel was excellent, far beyond anything we’ve experienced in the US. Our personal ambassador was named Nursel and she was extraordinary, we felt completely cared for during the full stay. I loved having a single point of contact that we could ask any question or request, and build a relationship over the course of the vacation. The beach was spectacular, the pool was nice, and the spa treatments were great. The restaurants were often right on the water and the food was very fresh. There was a substantial buffet breakfast included in the stay. The only thing that didn’t exceed our expectations was the cocktails—they were expensive (30 euro) and despite a few attempts, did not land on ones we really enjoyed. Maybe we were just unlucky. In sum, be prepared to spend a lot of money beyond the room (restaurants, cocktails, spa, etc.) but if the sticker shock is not a problem, then this was truly a 5 star experience in one of the most beautiful spots in the world. The service in particular was A++ (by everyone, but extra special thanks to Nursel!). When we have an occasion to return to this part of the world, we would definitely stay here again!
Breathtaking property, incredible architecture and meticulous interiors. We had a sea view room, it's massive. Bathrooms have underfloor heating, large skylight over the bath/shower area and separate toilet area. Huge dressing room with ample drawers & hanging space. Bedroom is enormous, with a dining and living area. Private garden with loungers & dining table and mesmerizing views over the bay. Restaurants were great, the beach area is huge and so much seating and food options on the beach. Food on the property is very expensive though. Great restaurants on site, breakfast at Sofra is next level. The pastries are unbelievable! The gym is huge, with a pilates studio and a separate private studio. It's a great place to just chill and unwind, away from the city and crowds. There's not much for kids, although it does have a kids club. But it's not geared for families. Very quiet, very remote and very relaxing.
We absolutely loved our time at MO Bodrum! Stunning place, absolutely huge! Everything you could possibly want/ need within their grounds. 24/7 buggy service (free) and amazing staff! Couldn’t fault it. And the food, gorgeous!
We stay at this hotel every year, but honestly, if the hotel doesn't start changing, it will soon lose its standing. Prices go up every year. We've never seen such high prices for massages and restaurants anywhere in the world (and we've traveled a lot). Yet, all the restaurants are tasteless. The Luka restaurant is somewhat decent, but the rest are unbearable. The kids' club is small and uninteresting. A Max Royal has opened nearby with incredibly delicious restaurants at a fifth of the price. If Mandarin doesn't take action, it will soon lose all its customers.
