It's a bit of a trek to get down to the beach, and there's limited parking, so make sure to bring your own trash with you, and if you can, pick up any litter you see that doesn't belong to you.
This beach is a hidden gem - small and beautiful, with Gray fine pebbles making it the perfect spot for a day stay.
This beach had so much potential and could have been an amazing place to enjoy nature and the views after a trek. Unfortunately, what was once a pristine beach is now overcrowded and littered with trash. It's sad to see how some people can destroy a place just by being there. We were even more disappointed when we saw the cave nearby, which was filled with discarded items such as mattresses, clothes, and plastic bottles. Despite this, the beach is still easy to access and can provide a great experience if you pay attention to the nature around you.
Visiting La Sophia and taking a leisurely journey through the mountains to get there is a truly wonderful and scenic experience. You could easily spend an entire day relaxing and taking in the sights before moving on.
It's a secluded bay, not a tourist destination.
