This beach near Alicante in Alicante is a great spot for a morning meditation. Its golden sand makes it a beautiful spot, and its central location makes it easy to get to. However, it can get quite crowded in the afternoon, so it may not be the best spot for a swim.
Alicante boasts a great sandy beach right in the city centre, popular with both locals and visitors. There are plenty of beach bars and cafes to grab refreshments if you didn't bring your own. Although it can get quite crowded, there's plenty of room for everyone. Locals often go after work to enjoy the sun in the late afternoon. It's a short walk away from the town centre and most hotels.
I just visited the beach to witness and enjoy their 15-20 minute firework displays over the course of the four days I was there from June 25th to June 29th.
I love Playa del Postiguet. I often go for long walks, have some tapas or just a coffee after visiting the castle. It's so nice to sit at one of the restaurants by the boulevard and take in the beauty of the ocean. Plus, it's easily accessible, making it even more enjoyable.
This location is incredibly popular and well-maintained due to the hard work of the staff that keep it clean. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from when you're feeling hungry or thirsty. Additionally, the police presence is a welcome sight as they work to combat drug dealers who prey on young holiday-goers. It's a unique sight to see in Spain, and it's a positive step towards protecting people from the dangers of drugs. We hope that other cities across Spain will follow Alicante's example and help to keep young people safe.
