I always came here when need to focus about life existence. This beach is gorgeous, and when sun is outside the ocean looks gorgeous like green Caribbean tones. It worth the adventure and there is a small cliffs walk with stunning views. Just be aware that car park is usually full at weekends due to few spots available.
The beach is stoney (large pebbles) but the water is easily accessible. The waves aren't too strong. It's not so frequented so you might have your privacy. There were only two other people when we were there. Clean beach & water, only downside was that there were many pieces of kelp and other natural stuff in the water. No facilities there except parking (Glen beach cliff walk parking) and picnic area up where the parking is.
Quiet, secluded pebble beach with crystal clear water. High probability of being joined by seals on your dip. Carpark is fairly small but parking is free. Well worth a stroll along the Cliff Walk to the Lighthouses.
It is nice and with spectacular views, 4 kilometers cliff walk alongside of Wicklow coastline. The Glen Cliff Walk starts from the Glen beach located outside of Wicklow town. The walk continues to Lime Klin Bay, where you can observe grey seals, towards the Lighthouse.
A hidden gem. It has a nice walk up to the lighthouse around 3 kilometers along the coast. The views are spectacular and loads of seals swimming around. We had our kids with us and they were well able for the walk. The beach is very stoney but a great place for a swim. So bring swimming shoes
