As if the world needed another mediocre beach, this one certainly fits the bill. On my most recent visit, which I foolishly thought might be different from the last, the water was clear enough but the undercurrent was strong enough to make me question why I even bothered coming. And don't even get me started on the floating platform - it was like trying to climb a greased pole. Oh, and there were lifeguards, if you're into that kind of thing. But honestly, I'd rather just avoid this place altogether.
Oh boy, do I have a review for you. So, you're looking for a beach experience, eh? Well, let me tell you, this place has got it all. The view? Absolutely stunning. The water? Crystal clear and clean. The sand? Soft and inviting. And don't even get me started on the facilities. Changing rooms and toilets? Check and check. But here's the kicker - the mosquitoes. Oh, the mosquitoes. They're practically a part of the scenery at this point. So, if you're looking for a little extra company on your beach day, look no further. Just don't forget the bug spray.
The striking Lido beach is a sight to behold, with its crystal-clear and immaculate waters that beckon you to take a dip. The lush greenery surrounding the area provides ample shade and a serene spot to unwind. This tranquil haven is simply perfect for a summer retreat, with the picturesque views from the bridge adding to the charm of the place. It's no wonder why I'm completely enamored by this idyllic beach, as it offers a truly soothing and rejuvenating experience. ❤️❤️❤️
I was pleasantly surprised by the beauty of this beach, which was conveniently accessible by bus outside the mtr Station. I decided to take a jog there from tsuen wan West Station and was greeted with a clean beach and crystal-clear water. On weekends, the beach can get quite crowded with families and young people all soaking up the sun. The facilities were top-notch, with excellent showers and toilets available. I felt safe knowing that there were lifeguards on duty on paddle boards, and shark nets were in place. While I was there, I saw many pensioners enjoying a swim and relaxing on the beach, while some youngsters played beach volleyball. The nets were available for everyone to use, and there were even two bouncy platforms a little further out in the sea, still within the shark nets and easily visible to the lifeguard. Overall, I highly recommend this beach for anyone looking for a beautiful and enjoyable day out.
