Beautifull. It is a shame that the camping is closed
A magnificent beach of multicolored pebbles! In high season we shared the huge beach with 5 people!
Large wild beach with small pebbles. Beautiful but not an easy road. At the beginning of September, on a Tuesday, we were alone.
Inside the Crovani bay is the L'Argentella beach. It can be reached by turning right from the coastal road from Calvi and taking a comfortable downhill dirt road that leads to a car park. Follow the visible path, passing a small and comfortable plank pier. The beach is very large, made of apparently gray stones. In fact, from the road this beach is not striking for its colours: the beach seems monotonous and gray and so does the sea; however, once you arrive, you realize that the stones are green, reddish, pink, white, gray and shiny. The sea is very transparent. The open beach on the bay is quite windy, so there is usually no sultry heat. It's not very busy: it's great because people disperse and there's no confusion unlike many other beaches in Ile Rousse or Calvi where you can find a real carnage. Probably the uniform color doesn't encourage tourists to stop.... but the locals, who know the places well, are definitely there!!!! It is nice to explore the coast and the small island opposite by canoe, if there is not too much wind. The beach has a bar.
Beautiful and uncrowded beach, it was a pleasant day
